薰虫
明清宫中所吃煎饼。饼秦汉时就有，魏晋以后即有蒸饼，宋称之为炊饼；唐代还有炉饼，白居易诗：“胡麻饼样学京都，面脆油香新出炉。”明代宫中称煎饼为薰虫，属节令食品。每年农历二月二日，据说这天宫中在煎饼时，又薰床炕，称为引龙，将蝎、蝇、臭虫等薰走或薰死。
